Frequently Asked Questions

Will you provide the liquor for my event?

The host purchases the alcohol. California licensing rules do not allow us to sell it as part of mobile bartending service. After we shape your menu, we provide a personalized shopping list so you know what to buy and can choose the brands and budget that work for you.

Can you create a custom cocktail menu?

Yes. We can design signature cocktails around your flavors, event style, season, and theme. The final plan can also include fresh juices, house-made syrups, garnishes, custom drink names, and menu displays, depending on your package.

Do you offer mocktails and nonalcoholic drinks?

Yes. We can include zero-proof cocktails, house-made lemonade, tea, water, and other nonalcoholic options. Tell us what your guests need so these drinks feel intentional—not like an afterthought.

What is included in the service?

Inclusions vary by package and can cover bartenders, barbacks, service time, fresh mixers, house-made syrups, garnishes, menus, tools, setup, and breakdown. Your proposal will clearly separate what we provide from anything the host or venue provides.

How many bartenders will my event need?

Staffing depends on guest count, venue layout, menu complexity, service time, and whether there is more than one bar. Share those details with us and we will recommend a team sized for smooth service.

Where are you located and will you travel?

We are based in Palm Springs and serve surrounding areas including La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, and the Coachella Valley. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location. Contact us with the venue address for an accurate quote.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance. If your venue needs documentation, let us know during planning.

Do you handle setup and breakdown?

Setup and breakdown are included according to the package and event plan you select. Larger wedding packages include early arrival, and premium service can include later breakdown. Your proposal will spell out the timing and responsibilities.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, we will refund payments minus the retainer fee. If you cancel fewer than 29 days before the event, the remaining balance is due because we reserve limited event dates and turn away other inquiries once your date is booked.
