THAT'S THE SPIRIT
was founded by Cameron Alsup in 2022 after he saw room for a more personal, expressive kind of mobile bartending in the desert. The idea was simple: pair serious hospitality experience with cocktails that bring color, character, and a sense of occasion to the bar.
For Cameron, the finer details matter—the balance of a drink, the way it is presented, and the way a bartender makes a guest feel welcome. That spirit continues to shape every menu and every event.

Cameron worked his way through hospitality as a dishwasher, server, barback, and bartender in dive bars, brewpubs, distilleries, fine dining rooms, and swim clubs. That range taught him how to stay organized, read a room, and make service feel natural. Today, he and his wife are building That’s The Spirit into the kind of company they would want at their own celebration.
